All payments should be made to APlus Trainers, Polaris Bank Acct. No: 1770460815. Please note that booking will be confirmed when full payment has been made.

 

BOOKING TERMS

At APlus Trainers, we endeavor to run all courses as scheduled in our training calendar. In an event that a course is cancelled, postponed or altered, a full refund will be made to aspiring participants.

If the participant is unable to attend the course in the same year but differs to the following year, the course fee for the New Year will apply and any difference will be invoiced to the participant. In case of any cancellation of booking, it should be made at least 5days before the training date.

 

WELFARE

If you require pickup from the airport, kindly forward your flight details to info@aplustrainers.com specifically requesting the service. We arrange airport pickup only where confirmation has been issued. If you request the pickup-service and do not receive a confirmation email 24hours before your trip, please contact us between 8am and 5pm on +2348180307118.

Should you require Hotel bookings, kindly call us to make your reservation in any of the hotels around to the training venue.

These services attract extra charges

 

ATTENDANCE

Late arrival of the participant could have an adverse effect on the total delivery of the course and this may also be inconveniencing to other participants registered. Therefore, do not come late.

 

CANCELLATION

If you are unable to be at the event please notify APlus Trainers within five (5) days of the date of the session so that we can offer your place to another participant.

 

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Training can be scheduled for groups on special request (within or outside Abuja) provided a number of 10 participants are available and training cost/logistics are covered by the requesting organization.
