
Ajibola Alfred
Ajibola is a Nigerian business environment analyst and program manager with two decades of experience spanning research, strategic planning, banking and finance, and project management roles in private and public institutions in Nigeria. He has been instrumental in the set up of subsidiary organizations, the development and management of strategic organizational processes and projects, and provided actionable insights that enabled stakeholder awareness and decision-making.
Ajibola’s corporate experience include XL Management Services, XL Logistics and Courier Services Ltd, Lagos Business School, Access Bank Plc, Access Investments & Securities Ltd, and the Nigeria Export Import Bank (NEXIM). Between 2017 and 2019, Ajibola was a technical consultant to the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council and managed the monitoring and execution of business environment reforms for efficiency, transparency, and accountability in public institutions in Nigeria.
Ajibola is the CEO of Straplan Advisory Limited, a think-tank, and the regional project coordinator for GovRisk, UK. He currently supports public organizations and Nigerian states in business environment reforms to enhance private sector growth and attract investments.
